Why should I hire Carolina Upstate Property Management LLC?
If you've ever rented a property that you own, you know the job can be very time consuming. Dealing with tenants can be overwhelming and stressful. We take all the headaches of being the landlord and help you get the most from your investment.
How do I get started?
Contact us via our contact form or call (864) 879-2345 to make an appointment. We will meet with you and show you what we can do to help with your rental properties.
How do you find tenants for my property?
We will place a sign on the property which will guide prospective tenants to call us or visit our website. Our website offers information and photos of the specific property available for lease. The property can also be put in the MLS.
How do you handle maintenance issues?
Some owners prefer to be contacted if repairs exceed a certain dollar amount. Others simply want us to take care of whatever may arise, as we will always treat your property as if it is our own. When you agree to allow us to manage your property, we will come to an agreement that you feel most comfortable with.
Do you manage residential and commercial properties?
Yes. We manage both commercial and residential properties in Upstate South Carolina.
How much are your fees for property management?

How do you handle security deposits?
We hold a tenant's security deposit in a trust account until the tenant moves out. When they move out, we will determine if the money will be paid back to the tenant or applied to an unpaid balance. The money may also be applied to cleaning or repairs that the tenant is responsible for.
