Chad Williams

Growing up, I watched my mother become successful in real estate. My love for the real estate and construction markets grew from there. I grew up in South Georgia, but I now call Greenville my home. I am a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where I obtained a B.S. of Finance. I worked in logistics for four years following college and successfully grew my book of business as an account manager. I stepped away from logistics so that I could expand my knowledge in the multifamily industry, as well as invest in rental property myself. This soon led me to continue my education and obtain a real estate license.

Mandy Mayfield

Office Assistant/Property Manager

Mandy joined us in September of 2019. She keeps the office organized and is the voice who answers our phones and the smiling face who greets you during office hours. A native of Greer, Mandy enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, traveling, camping and Atlanta Braves baseball.
